In loving memory of our friend, Tim Gula

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing last month of our cherished colleague and friend, Tim Gula. Tim passed away while engaging in one of his greatest joys—being a devoted father, accompanying his son to an out-of-state hockey tournament.

Born on March 26, 1970, in Cleveland, OH, Tim brought light, love, and laughter to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Known affectionately as “Gula,” Tim was a beacon of warmth and positivity. His infectious sense of humor, unwavering work ethic, and calm demeanor made him a beloved figure among all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In the fast-paced world of experiential marketing, Tim’s ability to remain composed as deadlines loomed and pressure mounted, was always admired.

Tim joined Encore in January 2024 as an Executive Producer, but his impact on many of us spans decades. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside him and to have shared in his journey.

Tim was preceded in death by his loving wife, Kendra. He is survived by his greatest pride and joy: his son Wyatt, who he proudly supported in all of his pursuits. Above all, Tim was a devoted father, finding his greatest joy in watching Wyatt thrive and succeed. Whether on the hockey rink, the golf course, or in school, Wyatt always had Tim as his number-one fan.

As we remember Tim, we are reminded of the importance of cherishing our friends, both personal and professional. It is these relationships that make our journey through life so meaningful.
