Kraft Heinz at the National Restaurant Association Show

Encore has been fortunate enough to do a lot of work for Kraft Heinz, but we were especially flattered to design and build its booth for the National Restaurant Association show last month, the massive event that encompasses all of McCormack Place in Chicago.

The 3,000 square foot booth included a wide variety of experiences, giving their customers and prospects the chance to pose for a variety of shareworthy pics, take home personalized bottles of HEINZ Ketchup and taste some fresh foods made from yummy Kraft Heinz ingredients.

And of course their customers talked with sales reps while learning about the latest products and restaurant technologies available from Kraft Heinz.

In fact, the company’s new Remix machine, which makes 200+ combinations of personalized condiment varieties, made its global premiere at the booth. Press coverage of the launch ran on countless media outlets including CNN, CBS, CNBC, Food & Wine and more.

Our booth design utilized many of our trademark features, including lots of curves and custom 3D elements that felt nothing like a traditional trade show booth. The floor was constantly packed.

The task of designing and building a commercial grade kitchen for Kraft Heinz’s chefs to work their magic didn’t daunt our team. We worked through hundreds of design details and equipment options, landing on a compact design that enabled the preparation of thousands of freshly made samples using dozens of Kraft Heinz products. Their chefs (not to mention the health department) were pleased.

And happy clients are what Encore is all about. We’re told the show was a tremendous success for Kraft Heinz, attracting worldwide attention from the media and making face to face connections with hundreds of customers.

Our client tells us they’ve already reserved their space for 2024, substantially larger than this space in 2023. After a quick rest we look forward to the challenge that will surely bring!
